Terms & Conditions

TinyTune ("we", "us", "our") operates tinytune.in, a service that turns a parent-uploaded photo of their child into a personalized, AI-generated animated video and rhyme ("Order"). By creating an account, placing an Order, or using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We offer one-time (non-subscription) packages, currently:

• Standard - 1 personalized animated rhyme video, 1 theme - ₹499
• Premium - 3 personalized animated rhyme videos, 3 themes - ₹999

All prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is always shown on our Pricing page.

You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in any photo you upload, and that you have the right to submit it for processing. Do not upload photos of anyone else's child without consent. We use your photo only to generate your Order and do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is required to produce your video.

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. An Order is confirmed only once Cashfree confirms the payment as successful.

Videos are typically generated and delivered within 24-48 hours of a confirmed payment, by email and/or in your account under "My Orders". Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to demand or technical factors, and we'll notify you if that happens.

Once every video in your order has finished generating (all 3, for Premium's bundle), we delete the baby photo you uploaded from our database - it is not retained beyond what's needed to produce your Order.

The generated video itself is stored for only 15 days from the date it's generated, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. Please download your video as soon as it's ready - we're unable to recover or re-deliver it once the 15-day window has passed.

You may not use TinyTune to generate content that is unsafe, unlawful, or exploitative, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order that violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TinyTune after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
